It seems that my waistline is growing in direct proportion to my age. A few years ago I already reached the 200 lb mark (or 90 kg)! In fact, one fitness exam classified me as "obese type 1." I tried working out in the gym but my cervical condition prevented me from lifting heavy weights. Recently, I started to maintain an exercise routine by swimming every day. Luckily, the condominium building where I am staying has a swimming pool in the 21st floor. Every morning, I try to do several laps to achieve a physically fit body. Well, at least I am trying...
