Images of Taiwan: Taipei 101, Part 1

Notes:

These photos were taken near Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall last November 23, 2007. My niece, Rona, her friend Jacqueline and I visited the Taipei 101 Mall and we went up to its observatory.

1. Taipei 101 is the tallest building in the world.
2. Address: No. 45, Shifu Rd., Xinyi, Taipei
4. Directions: Take MRT to Taipei City Hall Station, then take Bus BL5, or 537 to Taipei World Center stop.
5. Information:
"The Taipei 101 building resembles a space shuttle blasting its way through the clouds. This skyscraper is an example of Chinese-style design featuring a bamboo-like motiff.
