In an earlier entry (See http://raffysaldana.blogspot.com/2007/08/what-mathematicians-do-on-rainy-days.html) I mentioned that the Hungarian mathematician Alfred Renyi is probably the source of a famous quote ("Mathematicians are machines that turn coffee into theorems.") which is popularly accredited to another famous Hungarian mathematician Paul Erdos.
A Wikipedia article mentions that Renyi is also the source of another quote: "If I feel happy, I do mathematics to become happy. If I am happy, I do mathematics to keep happy."
...
So, do you want to be happy?
