I am now in Santiago City, Isabela as Guest Speaker in the Regional Congress for I.T. Faculty sponsored by the University of La Salette. The two-day event is scheduled on January 31 - February 1, 2008 and has for its theme, "Industry-Academe Partnership: Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice in Information and Communications Technology Education."
I will be giving talks on the following topics:

2. Research in ICT: Focus on Health and Environment.
