We are pleased to inform you that the Philippine Council for Advanced Science and Technology Research and Development (PCASTRD) is conducting the 2008 Search for Outstanding Research and Development in Advanced Science and Technology.
Awards are given to deserving research work in PCASTRD's priority areas, namely:
- Biotechnology
- Electronics Technology
- Information and Communications Technology
- Materials Science - Polymers and Electronics/Ceramics, Photonics, and
- Space Technology Applications
The awarding ceremonies will be held on December 12, 2008 to coincide with the Council's anniversary celebration.
In view of the above, we would like to invite you to submit entries for the award. Entries for the submission must have the details of the completed project using the prescribed format.
These should also be certified by the Head of the institution / agency/ organization as to the veracity of the claims.
Deadline for the submission of nominations is on 15 September 2008.
Please be guided accordingly.
