Shown above is the CHED (Commission on Higher Education) Endorsement of the 2nd Philippine National Inter-Collegiate Programming Competition (ACM ICPC Philippines 2008) to be held on 22 November 2008 in the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJR), Basak Campus, Cebu City, Philippines. The contest is being organized by the Computing Society of the Philippines (CSP) and the USJR.
