EUAsiaGrid Training Event in Malaysia

Date: 28-29 July 2008

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Description: The course is addressed to users involved in the EUAsiaGrid Project. The overall objective of this intermediate tutorial is to introduce in detail Grid Technologies highlighting the practical usage and demonstrate, with some success stories, how grid technology can be used by users involved in e-Science. In order to better appreciate the arguments covered in this tutorial each participant should be familiar with editing UNIX commands and text files. Basic knowledge of grid elements is not mandatory but appreciated.
